“Front staff, are the first responders to new arrivals, these people fail to assist, arriving over an hour early before an allowed check in time i am informed the room is ready and I can go to it for an additional fee of 50 US dollars. When declined I was promoted to simply wait, I have no idea where the restaurants are or any facilities to use while waiting they simply ignored me, i haas to ask the cleaner where the restaurant was, fortunately the columbian staff there were kind and hospitable due to nature certainly not facility. I am disgusted by the lack of attention for a 300 dollar plus night room. Do not go here if you want service. - if you are encouraged by poor unhelpful, ignorant front desk staff than this is your place to visit.”

“Marsha Koch Liptak __ My husband and I came to Costa Rica for an International Living conference. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the staff was quite nice. The grounds surrounding the property were lovely as well. However, our room was in need of updating. Linens were worn; the mattresses were old and uncomfortable; and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Overall the room could use some serious maintenance and replacement of items.”
