Não gostei. Boa localização, roupas de cama limpas , banheiro limpo,mas o quarto...cheiro de cigarro, devassado, sem microondas, talheres para cortar uma fruta, mexer um café , abrir uma garrafa de vinho. O vaso sanitário parece entrópico.

Estrutura do hotel um tanto antiga e o quarto que pegamos inicialmente tinha cheiro de cigarro e fomos realocados. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro razoável, instalações limpas. Para receber as encomendas no hotel, cobram uma taxa de conveniência. Café da manhã variado, bem norte-americano.

What a great location! I travel weekly and the management here was one of the best I've seen in a really long time!!! Jerry Colon was extremely helpful with anything we needed and very available! Kellyann Gannon was the sweetest manager I have ever come across. Jansen W was also very good with everything and everyone. I love how close the property is to Disney! Definitely will be back soon. Thank you everyone!

Loved this hotel and its amenities! Had a small gym, a Cafe, bar, and restaurant. All kind them were kind of small but glad they had the options. Toiletries are great! Had separate shampoo and conditioner and of course body soap that were of great quality. Parts of the room looked a bit run down but nothing was dirty or rotting. Sheets were clean, room was cool, and service was excellent.

No lo recomiendo. Te piden la tarjeta, para hacer un descuento de un dinero (por si haces algún daño en la habitación) que supuestamente te devuelven en el transcurso de máximo 3 días. Ya pasó una semana y nada que lo devuelven y solo dicen que es culpa del banco y pierdes el dinero a la final porque no responden.

Good hotel but forgettable. The Courtyard Lake Buena Vista is about what you’d expect from the brand. The property is kept up decently and the decor is very modern. The pools here are also nice but we found them to be very cold and there aren’t any hot tubs here. The location is great for literally everything but the area has a ton of traffic even outside of rush hour. I’d stay here again but it’s not a great value. The hotel feels unremarkable but the staff is really awesome. As a whole, this location lives up to the Courtyard name but there are some issues with cleanliness and noise. Would maybe consider again

Hice un seminario de astrología en el hotel así que el salón de conferencia estaba súper cómodo , los almuerzos merienda que nos ofrecieron tipo buffet fueron muy saludables nos dieron hasta comida con opción gluten free. Las habitaciones exelentes .

Athena was so sweet. We came out to celebrate with our son who's turning 18 and flying out. She treated us like royalty. We've stayed in about 20+ hotels in Orlando and this has been the best value. Clean, comfortable, friendly, nice breakfast, fun heated pool with movies and perfect location. Thank you! :)

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and it was amazing. I was on a business trip with my wife. My wife set up 55 reservations at the hotel for her corporate event, Grace Hopkins. She was successful at accommodating all her team. In addition, it was a mini honey moon/baby moon as we were married during the pandemic. Ashley Hernandez did an amazing job to help me plan a special surprise for my wife, which included flowers, cake, balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and macaroons, and was in the room waiting for us upon arrival. Its the small things that make a hotel stand out from all the others. Every member of the staff was accommodating, from the front desk, to the hotel bar, and house cleaning. Glad to have stayed at this hotel. Ty Ashley for being a great point of contact and delivering a special surprise for my wife. It really set the tone for our time in Orlando.

The service and location are great as their are many restaurants, stores and shopping centers near by. The suites are fantastic as they are like mini condo's in a sense. The showers are marvelous and come with a beautiful vanity mirror to give you great lighting effects. The beds are full size and are very comfortable to sleep in and the room has a nice work area for your laptop with a nice computer chair available. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, mini fridge, stainless steel sinks and a nice table with chairs to accommodate two people. The lobby has a Starbucks, restaurant, mini store and also a cocktail bar available. If your looking for an up to date stay near the airport this is the place. Can't wait to pay them another visit soon.

Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando! We traveled to see Disney and Universal. All staff was very friendly, the facilities are great which included a pool, outdoor game area, outdoor/indoor bar and a coffee shop. The pool has fun features for kids, there are also movies played on an outdoor screen in the evening. We had free breakfast included on our room, the buffet was appropriate for the price. We also had 4, $10 vouchers to use for food and at the bar that was included.As far as transportation, they do have shuttles that run to the parks. We decided Uber just so we could leave when we wanted to. It is 7 miles to each park, very convenient! Also many shops and restaurants in the area.Would highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

Gunky bathroom Pool at capacity for the kids. Someone should better monitor the traffic. Was waken up out of my sleep 3 different times to a great fire alarm blaring in the room. Had to carry a 9month old baby And my grandma down 6 flights up stairs 3 different Times. Went to front desk that morning said they were out of extra towels and wash clothes. Was offered only $10 after speaking with kaylan the manager todayexplaining my issue. Seeking great service and comfort.Go else where

El hotel es muy bonito pero el restaurante es fatal llegue a las 6 y son 9 y aun estoy esperando una pizza y una ensalada cesar!!! Si piden un menú variado y para una familia creo que lo sirven al otro día fatal la atención incluso le sirvieron a personas que llegaron después de mi!!!! No vuelvo al hotel aprendan qje para cobrar tan caro lo más valioso e importante es el servicio

Las habitaciones no las hacen diario , de los 5 días que estuve la hicieron 1 y porque fui y les dije , éramos 4 y nos pudieron 3 toallas que solo cambiaron un día!!! , el desayuno bastante malo para el precio , ponen el aire acondicionado super alto para que el cliente se vaya rápido,es muy molesto , ni volvería,las habitaciones amplias y tiene buena ubicación

EL hotel no tiene la calidad de los Courtyard de Marriott en los que me he hospedado antes de este. La atención del front desk es muy mala, tiempos de espera largos y no te apoyan en nada. No hacen la limpieza de la habitación aun cuando pides que la hagas. Las habitaciones tienen muchos detalles de limpieza, especialmente el baño
