“I stayed at this hotel with my wife and four kids during the last week of 2021. This hotel needs major maintenance. The first room had an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed as you could feel the springs of the mattress. In addition, the shower was in very poor conditions. After complaining the friendly staff changed my room but unfortunately the toilet was not flushing and we had maintenance come for three times to fix the toilet however on the fourth time the water spilled. We informed the front desk and requested full maintenance and deep cleaning. To our surprise when we came back at night the room was in the same condition we left it. Again, the polite staff took immediate action and apologized multiple times for the oversight. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at any Hilton hotel because what happened is just unacceptable”
