“Staying here at the moment, having checked in earlier for a 3D2N staycation. The 1st night (tonight) already started on a bad footing — both my room 2305 and the one we took up next door — are kinda hot and humid, and yet it is registering a max reading of 19° on the control panel already!
[Update #1] Tue 6.01am : The management took a proactive approach and dropped the following card under our room door. Special thanks to GM Mr. Gregory Gubiani for taking the time out to personally address this.
Yes, the A/C is so much better now. 😊
