Hotel maravilhoso em tudo o que oferece. Simplesmente perfeito! Várias opções de alimentação com diferentes preços, do mais acessível ao mais sofisticado. Nossa família amou a estadia, sem falar do conforto dos barcos que levam e trazem os hóspedes para a City Walk a noite e os ônibus durante o dia para os parques, tudo isso sem custo extra. 😘😍

Here now and as an avid traveler/travel agent I would not recommend this property. If you like rules, going to sleep early, and being addressed in a rude manner, then this is the place for you. Halfway through our stay and I’d say 80% of staff have been quite unpleasant/ rude aside from the gentleman who checked us in, one of the employees at coffee house, and one of the housekeepers. Masks are mandatory but apparently you don’t have to have it covering your face, just under your chin is acceptable. Multiple staff not wearing them either but if you get seen in the hallways or lobby without one, good luck. Going to the pool? Prepare to order off the provided over priced, sub par menu or get in trouble for bringing something else in. (You can even bring food into the park, silly “rule” in my opinion). Overall the room was decent, I’ve stayed at better Hiltons. My sisters sheets were not clean upon arrival, my parents room had a disgusting hand towel on bathroom floor, and a funk in a couple of the other rooms. The one positive I did notice was the attentiveness of the lifeguards, however they’re not pleasant to speak with. Also, smokers beware. If it rains, bring an umbrella because the 10x10 space, is uncovered.

Excellent experience since you arrive. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The room was not ready but took care of our luggage without any problem. Amelia from housekeeping was amazing. She was above and beyond. Even though we decide not to use the cleaning service. Still, she wants to make sure we have enough towels, soap, trash bags, and coffee. She checks twice to make sure we don't want/need to clean the room. I normally keep the room clean and organized.

This was our first time staying here but not our last. The customer service in this hotel is superior. I wish my business was in the same area, because I might try to poach them! I’m not sure how they’ve managed to avoid the staffing issues that so many businesses are having right now, but they’re doing something right. The front desk staff was helpful and attentive. They communicate well and are quick to attend to guest needs, such as our requests for more towels and room service. The rooms, although small for my taste, are VERY clean and well appointed. We were very pleased with our stay here.

The staff were friendly and helpful: the bell hops, the front desk staff, Luis poolside who helped grab extra towels for us, the staff in the restaurants - Anthony at Strong Water Tavern who remembered our names and checked in with us with each visit we made, and Lexi ?? who helped us out in the shop in the lobby. The food at Strong Water Tavern was filled with culinary options from different countries and they were all GREAT!Our room had a huge light up mirror (which was awesome) and was cleaned each day (that's our fault).The gym facility was gigantic compared to regular hotel gyms and included a sauna.The pool area had something for everyone of every age.

Great experience and convenient! The water taxi was cool and put you closer to the parks. The valet at check in acted like he was on cocaine and lost my key FOB, but no biggie crisis averted by another guest. Front desk personnel were very polite and courteous and knew what they were doing and did it well. Restaurant staff was great as well !

This resort is worth every penny! We did not leave the resort other then going on the City Walk or Universal Studios! The staff was friendly and would text me daily regarding our stay and needs. The amenities are amazing as well. We were in the center of all the attractions and the boat transportation was perfect! If you are taking younger children my suggestion is to pack a suitcase full of snacks and waters. The food is pricey as expected and snack options were limited. When dealing with young children that can be an issue! This resort is a must stay!!!

Absolutely loved staying there when my husband and I came down for Halloween horror nights at the end of September. The staff was super friendly and super understanding when we had questions and were confused on a couple things. Highly recommend staying here. Great for families and couples. Beautiful views and rooms as well. Can't wait to go back next year!

This hotel is an ok option if you are looking for early entry to the park and you can get it at a reasonable price. If early entry or proximity to the parks aren't of value I'd look elsewhere.It's not terrible, and there were some nice people along the way, but the experience was kind of lacking for me personally - and I've been to Universal numerous times.I think the culture of the hotel, especially as it relates to service, is off a bit.It's clean though and a cool property, just make sure it fits your needs.

Phenomenal staff and cleanliness. I had no issues with any of the services and would highly recommend this hotel. Their safety and cleanliness policies go above and beyond and the water taxi is an extra plus to the stay. After a long day at the park, it is nice to have a relaxing ride back to the hotel.

We always like to stay on-sight at Universal and this was the last hotel for us to try. It has a nice pool and centrally located game room. Across from there is an impressive exercise room. Lots of different machines that people were using. (I personally don't like to lift more than a 20 Oz soda 😕 ). The water taxi is nice to have but gets very crowded thanks to people walking over from Adventura to use it too.

Staff was very accommodating with the things I had forgotten at home. The hotel was very clean, convenient, and the pool was perfect. The lifeguards were very vigilant, especially the shift supervisor while I was there. Even assisted me with other issues I had when she was coming back from her break. Overall a great stay. I do wish the pool and arcade were open later though. Many people are coming for vacation and like to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, a 12am time would be better; at least on the weekends. I saw quite a few families disappointed they couldn't experience these for a bit longer.

Great room! We enjoyed the sapphire Suite and it was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities were greatly appreciated. Overall an amazing experience. Valet was expensive and hard to find. Very poor selection of TV channels and the remotes lagged. We were not informed that we were not able to bring alcoholic beverages on the ferry. After our party purchased drinks at the bar oh, we were told that we were not allowed to board the boat. At almost $20 a piece you would think that we would be allowed to ride with them.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The lifeguards at the pool are the most diligent I have ever seen (I was one once!). The views are amazing; especially the rooftop bar at the sister hotel across the street. Go for sunset! Spectacular!

Our experience was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds and amenities. Wish there was a separate register for coffee only ordering in the morning and benches throughout the property to enjoy the outdoor areas besides by the pool.Other than those 2 minor details, everything was lovely.

Had such a good stay. The hotel was pretty and had a great pool. The staff were so nice and helpful. I had a problem with my suitcase. Nate at the Concierge desk and Jeffrey in Luggage Services were amazing. They were so helpful. Also Gil, at pool service, was such a great server. I had a really good experience here.

We loved everything about the hotel, the amenities, the staff, the impecable service, and the food. I would like to mention the Tavern in particular, in fact a waiter, Maggie, she became family in those 5 days we stayed there. We went back every night we were there and she knew exactly what we wanted! She is a gem, and we were lucky to have her our first day. At the end of the day is the people and the good memories that make us go back to place. We will be back for sure!

Mixed bag. Enjoyed the proximity to the water taxi for access to City Walk and Universal Parks and early park admission. Shops wouldn't send packages back to our hotel - even with a 4 day park pass because they couldn't guarantee our things would arrive before we left. Still had to carry purchases through the park. Our room was at the far end of one wing, took a LONG walk just to get back to the front desk. Valets helped with our luggage, but didn't show up to our room until almost 2 hours later so we couldn't take off for dinner. Charged Orlando prices for any extras - parking, extra roll away bed, etc. Nice setting, comfortable beds, good hot water and water pressure. Bathroom had rolling barn door that left a good 1" gap on one side or the other limiting privacy.

This is a great resort that is walking distance from the parks. You can also take a water taxi or bus. We really enjoyed our stay! I would recommend for convenience and comfort. Only challenge was housekeeping. One of the days they didn't make up our kids room and they also left garbage on the floor. Had some plumbing challenges but the engineers were able to fix. If you're looking to have Express Passes included, this hotel is not for you. Overall, we were happy.

Overall great hotel and the staff really set it apart. If there was any questions we had they were more than happy to aid us. The price of everything is fairly high when it comes to food. I was not expecting to drop $200 on a couple chicken finger baskets, a burger, a salad and a couple drinks, but that is everywhere you go in Orlando. The room was clean, we maintained and comfortable. The boat ride to the park is amazing with the early access and the primary reason we decided to stay on site.The reason I am not giving a five star is while the experience was great, it wasn't really the top.. a few things here and there like small fridge, extra charge for a microwave, expensive food, ect bring it down a bit from a "grand" experience, to a great one.

O hotel é agradável demais! Não tenho reclamações, foi tudo ótimo. Alguns detalhes do hotel: a academia é excelente e abre das 5h às 22h. Tem sauna seca, vestiário, armários com senha eletrônica, toalhas de corpo e rosto à disposição. O café da manhã custa uns 21 dólares e é muito bom! Tem também um lugar para lanches rápidos e com um mini buffet. Dá para comer uma boa porção de batatas assadas, carne e arroz por 15 dólares. Um espresso custa 3,50. O Wi-Fi é gratuito e funciona muito bem. O estacionamento é cobrado (22 dólares/dia). O hotel recebe encomendas (de segunda a sábado) e cobra uma taxa por pacote, aproximadamente 5 dólares. A equipe é muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a resolver qualquer situação. É possível ir a pé ou de barco até o CityWalk.

Great stay, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Transportation to the park was quick and easy on the water taxi. We did not have a pool view, rather we had a view of the fireworks, which was better. Nice to wake up and make a quick cup of coffee to start the day and then be on your way.

This was the best trip it could have possible been. From the moment our feet touched the cobblestone out front, to the moment we had our last smore on our last night! The bellman out front greeted us so genuinely and started everything off perfectly. The captains of the boats were funny, informative, and very patient (with my two year old son). The resort was beautiful but kid-friendly. I did not feel like I had to sacrifice one or the other (kid friendly vs. a nice, beautiful resort). It was the perfect combination-which is very hard to find! We have already started planning our next trip back with more family and friends!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very clean and nice. However,every evening the hot tub was out of service and pool was pretty cold. Also, the day we went to volcano bay it was raining pretty hard. We had to walk the half mile or more with all of our kids and items. I did not see that there was a regular shuttle between our hotel and that park. That would have been convenient. However, the boat shuttles to city walk was very convenient and very little wait each time. We would stay there again, but probably won't be going to Universal for a while.

This hotel is very nice for the price.One complaint would be that the boat service has declined with COVID.They are not as frequent & with the other budget hotels using this boat line, expect to wait for a couple of boats.My wife & I ended up walking most days.The Amatista is a nice restaurant and we have enjoyed dining there each time we visit.

It is like staying at the premier resorts minus the express pass. We enjoyed our room and access to the water taxi. It felt up to date and had great energy and vibe. If you are looking for a great hotel but don't want to spend the extra money on the premier resorts and do not mind not having the express pass then it is a no brainer.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The staff was nothing short of amazing - and all so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Truly, every staff member we encountered was not only nice, but made us feel like they were truly glad we were there. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The pool area is gorgeous complete with white sand. Great activities for kids but also tastefully done (ping pong, arcade, pool). 10/10 recommend.

Very lovely stay at this resort! Originally I was trying to book Royal Pacific, but Sapphire Falls ended up being the best option, and I'm very happy it ended up working out that way! The room was beautiful and cleaned daily, along with a great view of the water and park. But honestly what really made the stay so spacial was how awesome the people working there are! From the ladies in the gift shop (I believe the lady helping us was Deb, very sweet!), to the guys working at the little snack/sandwich shop in the evenings, and the phenomenal front desk girl Maria for giving us a great room and making my sister's birthday feel so special! I highly recommend coming here and I can't wait to come back!!

Had an amazing stay at the Sapphire Falls resort for my birthday. The rooms were clean, nicely sized and decorated and the view was spectacular! Gave me a birthday button and everyone was so gracious and sweet! Even turned on the fire pit around the pool during the day when we were sitting around there in the morning during a cloudy day. And a free cookie from the cafe! Yes we will be back! Come share in the hospitality of this wonderful Orlando gem.

This is a top notch resort at Universal Orlando and although this resort does not provide the Express Pass as part of their package, my family would certainly come here again for all the other wonderful amenities this place provides. We have previously stayed at the Royal Pacific Caribbean but Sapphire Falls would be our choice again. Customer service from all staff members was exemplary. The resort restaurants had excellent food, the gym was awesome and my grandchildren loved the game room, outdoor ping pong tables, and that gorgeous pool! I really can't say enough about Sapphire Falls Resort. We so appreciated housekeeping providing room touch ups each day and actually putting towels where they belong (instead of just leaving them by the door outside). My family consisted of 4 adults and 2 grandchildren under the age of 5. Everyone in my family was thrilled with all aspects of Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. Thank you for helping us make happy memories!!

Clean Room, Excellent service. We had people staying with us who weren't present at check in. The staff made sure they were all registered and we only had to print their keys when they arrived. The process was seamless. We spent time at the Strong Water Tavern. The service was excellent. The staff suggested drinks and food that we might like. We always love staying here. The resort is just wonderful.

Our current stay 10/12-10/14 was pretty awesome! Room was very clean and ALL staff members were amazing. My son got hurt by the pool area and everyone took care of him. We had breakfast downstairs at the restaurant and the food was great. It was a buffet which was even better. The service was amazing! We love staying here! Thank you again for a great time Sapphire Falls 💙💜

El hotel y las habitaciones son muy bonitas pero la experiencia de servicio no ha sido nada buena. Llegamos temprano a hacer check in. Nos tomó 45 min y la persona que nos atendió (Samantha) nada amable. No hay opción de cuartos para varias personas por lo que tuvimos que tomar dos cuartos que pedimos comunicados. Por fin después de los 45 min y otra hora 15 en lo que nos asignaron cuarto resulta que no estaban comunicados.Para viajar en familia es mucho mejor opción un airb&b.

El hotel es sumamente agradable, al igual que el personal! Las habitaciones son un tanto pequeñas en relación al costo, pero se compensa con las amenidades. La alberca es increíble, el transporte en el taxi acuático directamente a la laguna del City Walk vale mucho la pena. No le di las 5 estrellas ya que necesita mas opciones para consumo de alimentos variados dentro del hotel, como en Cabana Bay.

HOTELES en Orlando🏨 Les había prometido ( hace un tiempo ) recorridos por los hoteles que conozco. Y hoy comienzo con este Resort de Universal que me encantó!!! ⭐️ Loews Sapphire Falls Escápate a un verdadero paraíso isleño 🏝 Ya cuando llegas, quede impactada por la recepción, el Lobby !! Amé su decoración, el ambiente, enseguida me ofrecieron una bebida refrescante. De ahí, camine para hacer el check in, dónde me resgistraron, fueron atentos y amables. Las habitaciones y son encantadoras!! Todo muy caribeño, mi habitación tenía una vista bellísima !! En la habitación hay paisajes de islas que son inspiradores y trasladan junto al entorno a ese lugar. Bellos jardines que invitan a recorrerlos !! En medio del hotel, el área de la piscina, palmeras, reposeras, un lugar para disfrutar y relajarse !!! Podría seguir describiendo con más detalles el Hotel, pero te invito a descubrirlo !!

Comimos en la taberna de agua fuerte. Allí el tema y el ambiente fueron excelentes. Un chico estaba tocando la guitarra española. El servicio fue muy rápido y atento. La comida era muy buena, pero tenga en cuenta que es una fusión creativa y no cocina tradicional. Todos los platos son de estilo tapas. La selección de bebidas fue excelente y el Cuba Libre fue muy buena. Sin embargo, algunos de los otros eran demasiado dulces. Definitivamente queremos volver.
