“The Living room has a fair spread for dinner buffet. The hotel maintained the required SOP . However was not at all happy of the state and safety of their lift that had my friends stuck between floor and its door ajar for several minutes. The hotel has to ensure the safety of its lifts for its intended purpose and the security of its patrons at all times.”

“Nice clean rooms, English Breakfast tea - top stuff. Good service. Mood lighting in the room is nice, but not great if you actually need to see anything! But that's a minor issue.
Staff were mostly great. Apart from when we had a family member return to pick up some lost property. Despite the hotel having already found the item and assigned it a code, it took them an hour to find it at reception!
Despite this it was still a great stay, I only question their commitment if you're not there in person to hold them to account.”
