“Rooms are terrific, I have a lot of allergies so I always struggle in new environments. The hotel replaced all the feather pillows and comforters with hypoallergenic (this in not always an option sometimes they are like, all we have is a scratchy blanket.) After we aired out the room from all the antibacterial spray it has been perfect. The balcony is fully enclosed Lanai style so no bugs. The pools are fantastic. Food down at the pool was pretty good and larger portions than expected. Full kitchen so grab some breakfast items to eat in your room. Only con: On check in you only got information about pool hours and events if you asked. Lots of people at concierge desk but no one was very friendly.”
