“This was a fantastic Hotel! Our check in was smooth and seamless. Best part was our room was ready 4 hours early. Our room did have an AC issue, which they sent someone to fix quickly. However, when we returned from the pool the AC was still Not working correctly. They changed our room for us which had fantastic AC. The pool bar and grill served drinks and food that were good. They had live entertainment throughout the day at the pool and even the opportunity to get your hair braided, spray tattoo and scuba. I had a great stay here. Even with needing a 2nd room the stay was great. Room was very clean and well stocked.”
